Escalated Handling
Please send location email for ALL escalations - willing to work with all families! Please email location if a customer advises they will not attend their LTS+ private tank lesson. Makeup Policy - Can extend their first makeup two additional weeks without manager approval. 2nd makeup - approve second makeup/month without location approval 3rd Makeup- send over to location for approval. Depending on situation, will consider exception. Please send email to location management. Can reschedule makeup upon first request After 1 exception please send to the location before giving any sort of anwser
